A: Yes, you will need to use a computer that has high-speed internet access in order to utilize the Heart Wizard system.

Q: How often should I use the Heart Wizard?
A: It depends on the types of services provided by the Heart Wizard. A general recommendation it to use the Health Snapshot a minimum two times per week, while the Bio-Age test should be done at least twice a month. This will provide an accurate evaluation of your wellness trend in the progress profile over time. We recommend doing the Fitness test 2-3 times a week before exercising to obtain your resting score. It is recommended that you use the Heart Wizard for testing at the same time period during the day. Use the Stress Sweeper training on daily basis during breaks and after work to achieve best results in resetting your body after influence of daily stressors.
Q: Is the Heart Wizard accurate?
A: The Heart Wizard is designed to measure your body’s physiology and assess your condition using valid and scientifically proven algorithms. Your condition is assessed in a comparison to the normal values specific for your age and gender. A specific reading may vary depending on time of day, time of eating, how much sleep or exercise one has done. The accumulated averages that occur with continued use become more accurate and will provide a definitive picture not only of your current status but your long-term changes.
Q: Does the Heart Wizard measure my heart rate?
A: The Heart Wizard measures your heart rate and evaluates your heart rhythm patterns and also will provide a target heart rate zone for reference.

Q: What is the Heart Rate Sensor?
A: It is a special miniature device that measures your heart rate (pulse). It uses a special ear-clip probe that senses pulsations in your blood flow caused by your heartbeats. The device is connected to your PC using a standard USB connector. and is included in the Heart Wizard package.
Q: Can I use the Heart Wizard online without the Heart Rate Sensor?
A: Yes. You can view your previous test results by accessing your records through your Heart Wizard program connected to your account online. You can also access your online account through a web browser to get a lot of helpful information regarding your health, wellness fitness and much more. You will not be able to perform any of the Heart Wizard tests if you do not have the heart rate monitor connected.
Q: Can one Heart Wizard device be used by more than one person?
A: Yes, we have designed several programs that allow for multiple users. We have a 5 person Family Plan, a 10 person Team Plan and a 25 person Corporate or Wellness Center Plan. Individuals within any plan have the option of purchasing an additional sensing device for $95.00.
Q: How do I apply the ear-clip?
A: The ear-clip is designed to be attached to the ear lobe. However it can be comfortably placed on a finger tip. Make sure that you are in a relaxed sitting position during the measurement process. Try to limit abrupt body movements. Simply follow the intuitive instructions to administer each test.
